Modern Touch

In this traditional home, we removed the front entry closet and hallway to increase the family room. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to introduce a peninsula with counter height seating. We added a walk-in pantry leading to the back hall and updated the existing small powder room. A large entertainment unit was also included in the family room with space for a large flat screen television and electric fireplace. The entire first floor was finished with a floating laminate floor resistant to stain and scratches.
